I am acting as the M/C for my grandparents 50th anniversary. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions for me to say or do to encourage the guests involvement throughout the evening--so that it does not seem too boring?

I'm also very interested in the "toast" as my uncle is in need of one.

Thanks for your time!
And if anyone has any questions, I'm anxious to help as well.
