You might try River Legacy Park in Arlington. It's a nature park/museum/science center of some sort. (seen pictures, never been) I know they have a couple of pavilions and I think (?) they offer catering. It's outdoorsy -- if there are young children they might enjoy running around. I think you have to contact the City of Arlington to reserve a party pavilion. Try (817) 459-5473 (city parks dept.) I have never had a party there, so I don't know if this will be helpful.
