Our 10th anniversary is October 19th. I was debating whether to have a small gathering or not. Kind of like a cocktail party (wine, heart shaped sandwiches, candles, etc.) for close family and a couple of friends. We need to go out of town that weekend so it would need to be either the weekend before or after.

The house we are renting was just sold so now we are moving September 15th (still in the same town). We have only been in area 2 years so have a lot of new friends. Now I'm wondering if I should have an open house.

Another idea is just to have an open house cocktail just because after we are settled in new home. What would you do?
