Jessie,
Sounds like you have your hands full! I;m throwing my parents 25th anniversary at the end of August too. Today, is July 25 and I have not sent the invitations out yet, but I am in athe process. I just bought paper and printed on the computer(that saved money). I'm a college student too. My family lives within a 40 mile radius, so I don't have a problem with long distance. I think you should go ahead and send out invitations to the people out of town that way they can start planning. The longer they wait to buy a plane ticket, the more it will cost them. As far as the hotel thing goes, I would send them some ideas from the internet of hotels in the area with phone numbers and let them call and make reservations or pick a hotel out and then let everyone know and give a count so you can reserve a certain amount of rooms. As far as Ireland posters are concerned, try a traveling agency or a part creations store. At the end of the invitations I would put something like "Only gifts of money" or "Plese no gifts, but donations for Ireland trip will be helpful".

Well, I hope I have helped you a little.
