It will include pictures and mementos from their wedding day, pictures from each decade of their marriage accompanied by a corny poem about their lives. I've also heard about doing a "card shower" where you send out notes to all their friends and relatives requesting cards, notes, and pictures to commemorate the special anniversary. That way, the couple gets lots of great mail leading up to their anniversary without "the fuss" of a big party. Hope this is helpful.
