I didn't recall anything that was too negative such as war information but, I did include something that was an important historical event that would be interesting to those in attendance. I also included hit songs at the time, movies, television shows. Especially, the fact that the colour television came out in 1951, for example. My brother has done collages of pictures from each decade on the computer (about the size of bristol board and laminated). We will be including about six headlines from each decade around the collages pertaining to that decade. This will be displayed for the guests to enjoy which will be about 150 people. I think this will be very interesting for people to look back in time.
