Here are the amounts of PREPARED foods you will need for EACH 50 people for 1 serving each.
50 croisants
2 gal. Chicken salad (2/3 cup servings)
3 gal. Fruit (cut in large chuncks)
3 lb. Chips (3/4 oz servings)
6 qt. cooked veggies (1/2 cup servings)
OR
2 Gal. raw veggies
5 lb. cheese (1 1/2 oz serving)
1 qt. dip (1Tbs, serving)

2 1/2 gal. Coffee or tea (6 oz. teacups)
2 gal. Punch (4 oz cups)

For 250 people, multiply by 5. If served buffet style, add 30% for people who take extra large servingss and go back for seconds.
