Here are the amounts of PREPARED foods you will need for EACH 50 people for 1 serving each. 2 1/2 gal. Coffee or tea (6 oz. teacups) For 250 people, multiply by 5. If served buffet style, add 30% for people who take extra large servingss and go back for seconds.
