You could try playing a little Christmas Trivia. Or you could blindfold everyone and have them try and draw their ideal Christmas Tree. You could have a tree decorated and hide things in it first people to get most of the stuff wins.
you could also try and play holiday tic tac toe or bingo. (this is probaly more for an older crowd but might work for kids). Thats all I can think of right now.
