At our office we do a "Kamakazi" Gift Exchange. Each person draws a number, the numbers drawn should match the number of gifts you have. Number one picks a gift and opens it. Number two can take number one's gift, or opt to select another gift. If number two selects a new gift, number three can take number two's gift or select another. It pays to be the last number because that person can choose any of the gifts that are already open, or select the last gift. This is a lot of fun.
