Make a list of 15 or more questions, (depending on the size of group)
1. How many people here are contractors

2. Who has the most unique middle name?

3. Who has the largest odd sock collection?

4. who is using their middle name as their first name?

Questions like these help people introduce themselves to each other and gets them talking with people they might not have spoken to before.
