You could do a tea party. If you have or any of your friend have a play tea party set you could use. The Idea is to have everything small for small fingers. Small finger sandwhich, cookies, flowers. You could make a small table just using wood and cover it with a sheet, or see if your friends have any play tables. I gave my daughter one and everything was gear toward the kids on small size. The adults did not seat with the children at their table. They sat nearby. watch the kids interact with each other. Use things that want break or you don't mine spling. To add another touch is to take picture of the children. They seem to like that.
Another idea is to have a dress up party. You could looked in your closet and find some old clothes or hats and gloves or go to a thrif store. Little girls like to dress up. Have a box of items and let them pick and choose and change up. Taking picture of them adds a touch and don't forget to have props (hats, Jewerly, small table, let you imagination go wild) If you have time go to garage sales, sometimes you can find some girls dance outfits from dance class that they have fun with. Good luck
