Hi! I'm trying to plan a 20th anniversary party for my parent's in a few months. I'm 17, with an obviously limited budget! :) I've looked at some of the theme ideas, and found a few I liked, but I'm stumped as to how to really get started. Without the means to provide proper catering or music service, I'm wondering if anyone has any creative ideas for self-made (or with a small budget) celebrations. Any advice with which you can provide me would be infinitely appreciated! Thanks-
