Unique Invitation Wording

I'm looking for a unique way to word invitations to a party. I'm getting married away, with no family or friends. My future mother-in-law is going to through a party 3 days after we get back. This party is sort of a rehersal dinner, for close friends to feel special. We are already having a big party 3 weeks later for everyone. I don't want to say anything about marriage or Mr. and Mrs. I want to maybe have a poem about Love and Friendship, etc. Any help?
