What a great party idea! I think instead of giving an actual treat "bag" I may give each child a clay pot filled with the goodies like the seed packet and all. You could even let them paint their clay pots. I did it once to match some Anne Geddes portraits it was easy as pie!! I painted one of them all blue then dipped a pencil eraser into white paint to make white polka dots all over. Hope this helps. I would definitely check out the family.com boards...they have great ideas there for cakes, games, etc.
