At our local "dollar store", they sell acrylic frames for
about $.50-1.00 each. We're planning on getting lots of
beads, junk jewelry pieces (use old earrings where one is
missing, broken necklaces, etc) and stuff like that
to glue onto the frames to make a border. Colorful jigsaw
puzzle pieces work well on the frames, too. Take pictures with
either an instant camera or regular pics then have a friend or
family member run them to the 1-hour developer. Put the
picture in the frame for the girls to take home as a party favor.
