PLEASE remember folks that balloons (uninflated/broken) are a tremendous choking hazard for little ones! Not only might they inhale them, there is not real effective way to get them "out" with out surgery... which may be too late. I have personally decided that they don't enough fun to a party to risk my son's on his friends' safety so we always have mylar ballons. If you choose otherwise, please be extra vigilant about uninflated balloons and be sure to get ALL the pieces when they pop!
Sorry to be the downer here, I just hate to see anyone get hurt!
