A year ago I had a 50th anniversary party for my parents. I took their old photo album, went to a photographer and had slides made. I then categorized them and set them to music. I used different songs for each group. The first group was the courtship(The Rose), the second was them with them and the people closet to them (Kenny G)- relatives, friends. Another group was people who had passed out of their lives (can't recall title of song) followed by slides of happy times(Make someone happy). Then there was a group of my brother, myself and my parents (Wind beneath my Wings)and then them now (again can't recall song title- by Kenny Rogers). Showing show on a screen enabled everyone to be able to see it clearly. There wasn't a dry eye in the house at times and the hoots of laughter drowned out the music at other times. Also, borrowed wedding pictures and set up a table in the hall with wedding memorabilia. People are still commenting about the party, since everyone could find memories and themselves in the show, it brought us all closer together. Good luck with your party.
