I am planning my daughter's bat mitzvah. She wants the theme to be cities or favorite places. I welcome any suggestions for centerpieces, I hope to make them myself. I also need suggestions on how best to fill a hotel catering room. I don't know if I want to use balloons or something else. HELP!
