We are having a sit down dinner and the menu is planned for about 20-25 people. The dinner will be a a plantation house beautifully decorated. My question, should we do something more? Like have some sort of entertainment, photographs, etc. I really want this to be special. The dinner will be held on Novembe 22, 1997, so not much time.
