Teenager Birthday!
Sep 07th, 2009, 7:13pm

Hello,
I am having a birthday party at Rothchild Catering in Knoxville, Tennessee. They are fancy there and I am not sure what to label my party as, dress-code wise. I don't want my friends to have to go out and buy expensive clothing, but I don't want them to show up in jeans. And any ideas on how to get my friends to follow the dress code? This would help. And let me know what you think about a black and white theme, too. Please Help. Thanks!

Hi Miss Mikaela,

I would suggest to have a theme for your party
that everybody can follow along. If they are teenagers
have a movie theme like Starwars or Lord of the Rings, etc.

Make it mandatory that no jeans are allowed. If you want
something formal, business casual is always a good theme.

Black and White is also good.
