For Any Occasion
Larry graduated with honors from his tap dancing class, and this was a
special gift to him from an admirer! He loved it! He framed it and it
hangs on his wall in his office. By the way, he's also using it for
artwork on scratch pads! |
 |
For an Invitation
Amanda's invitation to her "Twist and Shout" party (with a
Beatles bent) at Amanda's Rock and Roll Diner...turned out to be one of
the best parties ever! What you can't tell from this artwork is that the
45 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame pin Amanda is holding is real—it was
actually pinned to the invitation for everyone to wear to the event. |
 |
For a Birthday
Vince's was turning 50 and his wife had no idea what to do for an
invitation! We suggested a caricature that depicted Vince doing what he
loves best. She answered a few questions, and--voila!--here's the result.
The Party Girl also suggested she use this caricature as a sign-in board. |
 |
For an Anniversary
It was a wedding reception to remember. The couple, Beth and Jeff, were
married in Philadelphia but the reception was in Cleveland. Thus, the
title and theme, "The Philadelphia Story." The theme was carried
out from start to finish for more than 200 guests. |
 |
For a Rehearsal Dinner
What do you do when you want to honor both people at a rehearsal dinner
by pulling together a theme that works for both? Well, this caricature was
a hit with Lisa & Michael. It tells a little bit about each of them,
and sets the stage (a concert film) for a theme that incorporates what
each does in their career. |
 |
For a Roast
When inviting people to a roast, you better give them something to work
with. And that's what the Party Girl did for this 60th birthday invitation
for Alan. Using a play on words, we incorporated the fact that Alan is in
the window business with the fact that he was being roasted for his 60th!
Guests were very creative during their remarks, and Alan hasn't been the
same since! |

As a Business Card!
Why send out an ordinary
business card? Add a custom caricature to your business card and you
and your company will surely get noticed! |
"I
received the package yesterday afternoon. They look fantastic! I am really
pleased, you guys did a great job. You and your staff were very easy to work
with, and very accommodating. I was surprised at how quickly they were
shipped, so we are ahead of schedule. Thanks again for all your help.
Everything turned out great. I can't wait to hear the responses from the
guests......people are going to crack up!" -

How to order a
caricature:
What is the basic caricature and how much does it cost?
Caricatures are 8 ½" x 11" and executed on quality paper
in full color. The caricature may include some words and is very
graphically detailed.
The base price of our
caricature with one person is $ 150.00. For each additional person included in the caricature, there is an additional charge
of $40.00. If there are many extra objects and details to be drawn,
additional art charges may apply. If our review of your materials indicates that there may be
an additional charge for extra detail/items, we will notify at the time
you place your order.
Please note our
caricatures are only available to be used for our custom product.
What do we need in order to create your original caricature?
We require a picture of the person you would like to feature, as well
as specific information and details that you want included in the
caricature. The artist will render a black and white draft, which will
be faxed to you for a preliminary review. You can make changes to this
initial sketch. A revised draft will be faxed to you again. You may make
a second set of changes, if you wish. Once you return the second draft
with your approval to us, it is final. If you request additional changes
thereafter, we reserve the right to charge for those additional changes.
Before any art is created, we must receive your nonrefundable
down payment of $125.00, payable by MasterCard, Visa or American
Express.
What can I get with my artwork?
Caricatures are only sold
when used for any of the following products:
-
Flat card invitations
bearing a 5" X 7" copy of the caricature (including envelope):
single sided $1.85 each. Invitations sized 8
1/2" X 11" are also available at $2.50 each (including
envelope). If you want copy or something else printed on the reverse
of the card, there is an additional charge of $.50 per invitation.
Custom wording (such as a poem or other creative writing) is
available at a flat additional charge of $25.00.
-
Sign-in Boards - a 24" x 36" foam core poster
featuring a raised copy of your original caricature, a border, and
celebratory message for $125.00.
-
Table centerpieces - constructed with foam core and are
copies of the original caricature. The base can be filled with
shreds (colorful paper) at a cost of $22.00 per base. Flowers and/or
balloons are an additional cost.
-
Life size stand-ups - copy of caricature made into life
size stand-up for $155.00.
Please note that there may be some color variations between the
original caricature and the reproductions.
What if I need the caricature right away?
Normal production time, which means that from the time we receive
your original photograph until we are ready to ship the caricature, is
about three (3) weeks. It can be longer if you take a long time to
review copy or request changes. RUSH orders, meaning orders placed with
less than three weeks production time to shipping date, will be charged
an additional $50.00. Keep in mind, the three (3) weeks begins once
we have your material in hand.
What if I need to
cancel my order?
Because each caricature is
drawn by hand and because of the time they take to create, a $75 drawing
fee will be applied in the case of a cancellation once the artist has
done a proof.
What the handling
and shipping charges?
Packing and handling
charges are based on the products selected and will be given to you at
the time you place your order. Shipping charges are determined based
on the weight and size of the shipment, your location and the method (
i..e ground, two day, overnight) that you choose). The total charges
will be assessed to your credit card prior to shipping. See our shipping rules
for more information

Shipping Rules:
When the Party Girl assists you in placing an order for goods
available through Party411.com, She will provide an estimate of shipping
costs to be incurred. This, however, is only an estimate. The Party Girl
does not have any control over the shipping costs and She does not
guarantee that those costs will not exceed the estimate.
By placing your order, you are:
(a) specifically agreeing to pay the shipping costs (whether they are
higher or lower than the estimate) that actually are incurred in
connection with your order(s); and
(b) authorizing the Party Girl (or her agents and representatives) to
charge you for the total amount of shipping involved, and if you pay for
your order(s) by credit card, you are authorizing the shipping charges
to be paid by that credit card as well without further authorization
from you.
Thanks for reading the Party Girl's Shipping Rules. That wasn't so bad,
now was it? |
Thank you so much for all of
your assistance to help make Ron's surprise party a complete success.
He was VERY surprised! The compliments that we received that night and
since then re: the art work and theme were unbelievably great!
Needless to say we gave
out the number for your website as well as your
name to several people and
complimented you on how wonderful you were
to work with. . . . . thank
you, thank you, thank you!
Please tell your artist that
the caricature of Ron was one of the biggest hits of the evening! Even
the framer complimented his work when I had the 8x10 and sign-in board
framed. Ron was thrilled and very overwhelmed with all the attention
to detail. . . . .right down to the U of I shirt. . . . let alone the
perfect likeness from his picture!
You did a great job of
coordinating everything and I hope that I have another opportunity to
work with you.
Best regards,
Phyllis R.
