Ad/Program Book Committee
- Comprise a list of potential advertisers from committee members, honorees and lists of
past supporters;
- Prepare a mail solicitation proposal and forward it to the final list;
- Follow up on these letters by phone;
- Collect camera-ready copy from interested parties;
- Secure a printer (one who will possibly print program book at no charge or at cost;
- Meet with Executive Committee and Dinner Planning Committee for program information
(schedule of events, committee names, evening schedule, table hosts/hostesses, corporate
sponsors, patrons, etc.);
- Submit program copy and advertisements to artist for layout;
- Proofread program before it goes to printer;
- Follow up with printer to assure programs are ready for evening of event.
