Ad/Program Book Committee

1. Comprise a list of potential advertisers from committee members, honorees and lists of past supporters;
    
2. Prepare a mail solicitation proposal and forward it to the final list;
    
3. Follow up on these letters by phone;
    
4. Collect camera-ready copy from interested parties;
    
5. Secure a printer (one who will possibly print program book at no charge or at cost;
    
6. Meet with Executive Committee and Dinner Planning Committee for program information (schedule of events, committee names, evening schedule, table hosts/hostesses, corporate sponsors, patrons, etc.);
    
7. Submit program copy and advertisements to artist for layout;
    
8. Proofread program before it goes to printer;
    
9. Follow up with printer to assure programs are ready for evening of event.
