Executive Committee

1. Budget;
    
2. Pricing...individual, corporate and patron tickets as well as "fund" donations and underwriting sponsorship levels;
    
3. Form the executive committee and name chairs of the sub-committees:
    
   • Kick-off and Dinner Planning
   • Auction (silent & oral)
   • Decorations
   • Invitation Coordination
   • Corporate Underwriting
   • Marketing
   • Publicity
   • Ad or Program Book
      
4. Suggest "table" hosts/hostesses (possibly contact personally);
   
5. Suggest potential corporate underwriters (possibly contact personally);
   
6. Chair benefit Executive Committee meetings, which are attended by the Executive Committee and the sub-committee chairs;
   
7. Ongoing contact with sub-committee chairs and ongoing attendance at committee meetings.
